Our work streams for Sainsbury’s local convenience stores typically fall into the following three categories:
- Acquisition projects
Project duration is from five to 14 weeks depending on the scope of works including asbestos removal, demolition, structural alterations, dilapidations, and external works.
- Developer's shell projects
Agreeing a deal with the landlord early to allow them to comply with Sainsbury’s developer's brief.
- Refurbishment projects
Refurbishment projects are co-ordinated out of hours to minimise customer disruption and reduce shut-down period.
