We specialise in the diagnosis and repair of all types of property defect ranging from individual one-off cases to estate-wide planned maintenance.

Through a detailed understanding of all forms of construction, both historic and modern, we're able to quickly identify the cause of a defect and arrange and manage the process of repair.

We regularly assess and accurately forecast the need for future repair and maintenance and are experienced in the preparation of planned maintenance strategies and budgets.

We have inspected, diagnosed and managed the repair of over 100 properties in the last year and are currently instructed on several individual portfolios, one in excess of 600 premises.

The key factors to the success of all projects, whatever the scale, are cost, time and quality control. By fully understanding our clients' requirements, the workings of their business or home and the nature and condition of the site we consistently achieve these objectives.

We take personal responsibility for the successful completion of all types of property refurbishment from basic repair and redecoration to complete site redevelopment. This responsibility extends to the design, specification, tender and procurement of proposed works, along with management of the entire project process, including administering the works on site.

Our responsibility regularly extends to the management of the entire relocation process, including the provision of IT, telecommunications, utility supplies, furniture and removals. This allows our clients to concentrate on running their business or home successfully throughout what may otherwise be a highly disruptive and time consuming process.
