The Co-operative Estates took on a new lease at St Paul’s House to create a 36,000 sq ft grade A office. The fit-out comprised the lower ground floor, ground floor and six upper levels.
The office was finished to a high quality, creating a professional office environment to allow the business to adapt and grow. A high quality meeting room and a boardroom were a design requirement and the 6th floor included floor to ceiling glazing offering panoramic views across London.
- New WAN link to serve the computers in the basement.
- Replacement of the landlord generator (for life safety systems) with a new generator that could provide back-up power for the traders.
- New access arrangement to the roof as the existing arrangement fell well short of current standards.
