The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking Trainee or Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join our team across any of our UK based offices.

The Role:

Reporting in to an Associate or Senior Associate, the role includes all aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy pre and post contract duties including preparation of tenders, cost planning, compiling estimates, contract administrative agreement of final accounts, value engineering and procurement / standardisation work.

You will have the opportunity to work across a range of industry sectors including retail, residential, education, health, bank monitoring, industrial & logistics, commercial, leisure, and transport and infrastructure. Requirements:

  • Have either started or seeking to start your degree in a construction related discipline
  • Possess experience in electronic take-off software, CostX or similar – desirable
  • Have experience of using Microsoft office and Excel  
  • Have strong communication skills and ability to consistently offer an excellent standard of customer care
