At Riley Consulting we believe that the high calibre of service that we deliver comes down to the skill and quality of our people. This is underpinned by our corporate responsibilities.

We are committed to managing our business in an ethical and sustainable manner. It enables us to make a positive impact on our customers, our people, our environment, and the communities that we serve.

What's more, these undertakings provide the staff with a clear direction that reflects our vision for long term growth and development.

Quality

Customer satisfaction from high quality services is central to Riley Consulting's business operations. To embed a focus on customer satisfaction, our Henry Riley and ESP businesses are independently certified to the international Quality Management standard ISO BS 9001:2008.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) provides a framework that enables us to maintain a uniformly high quality of service to meet our clients' often demanding requirements. It also ensures that we continuously improve the quality of our services.

Environment

The Scope of our Environmental Management System is the provision of Construction Consultancy Services from our Head Office. This has also been adopted in our regional offices and includes:

a) Issues that may affect the environmental performance and its intended outcome shall be addressed when establishing the Environmental Management System.

b) We give due consideration to interested parties and their needs and expectations as defined within our Environmental Management System.

c) Our physical boundaries for the Environmental Management System are as defined in our ISO 14001 certified system.

d) In determining the scope of the Environmental Management System we demonstrate our commitment to the environment.

e) As a consultancy service the influence on the environment is limited to the office activities and delivery of the service at the customer’s premises, which includes promoting public transport by using Oyster Cards.

Investors in People
Employees are central

We recognise that our employees are the key to our success. We therefore ensure that we train and develop all of our employees so that they reach their full potential. Our policies and procedures are based around the framework of Investors in People (to which both Henry Riley and ESP are accredited), in particular our Equality Policy which champions equality for all throughout all aspects of employment, from promotion to training and career opportunities.

Visit our careers page for information on how we are committed to providing our staff with a positive, fair and dynamic working environment where everyone is valued.
